Do I pay per subscriber?
No. INI Mailer is priced as a flat SaaS tool — you pay for the platform, not for how many people are on your list. Your sending cost is whatever your SMTP provider charges at wholesale rates, which is a fraction of what per-subscriber tools bill you.
